service help
My 2014 F15 has been in service now for a month for CEL. During that time, I had picked up the car twice, both times returned the car right back to service. The SA isn't saying to much except that they are checking with BMW and following procedures..
What recourse do I have? Can I take it to another service center? Thanks for your help. |

i would check lemon law for DC area...
is it 2yrs or less then 18k miles to be under lemon law??? i think you should contact BMWNA, have them get involve. |

What are the symptoms? You said you immediately returned the car to service twice already after picking it up.
The SA is saying nothing about what course of diagnosis they are taking? IMO taking it to another dealer is not what you want to do at this point as they'd have to start over again and may not want to perform a "second surgery". Get full details and next course of action from the current dealer and then decide next steps.
