question about Winter wheels X5 M50d

I need to buy new winter wheels for my X5 M50d F15 2014.

I have a good option to buy this:

GENUINE BMW X6 °F16 6858872 Styling 594 Single Wheel 19 inch R2 E156

Front/Back
9JX19 ET:48
9JX19 ET:18

====
For my car RealOEM recommends this

4 x 9JX19 ET:48

Will the 9JX19 ET:18 create problems?

I'm on the 20" OEM black 491's off-sets. Front 385mm brakes preclude many options - not sure about your offer, but my old 18' F70 winters would not fit so €4000 later I owned 4 x 20" 491's! They are very good in normal conditions and no additional road noise, not sure about snow or bad ice as it seems to have stopped doing that in The Netherlands in the last few years.

PS: I know they are for winter, but imo anything other than 20" looks crap and why have your car looking like that for up to 6 months of the year?

I'm not a fan of skinny tyres, but:
- where I live there are a lot of potholes. Some made by poor asphalt, some made by ice.
- now I have the standard ///M 20" rims and Pirelli Ice & Snow tyres, but I grow tired to "straighten" and repaint the rims after each winter.
- a new set of 20" Pirelli I&S is about 2000 EUR
- a new set of 19" is 800 EUR
- smaller with on the tyre = better for traction in winter

I got the wheels for 900 EUR. The tires are almost new, from a test drive BMW car.

Anyway, the new set is good. I've tried the rims.
The back with ET18 is perfect, the car looks better than expected, as the smaller ET push the rim outside. See the pictures.

Summer Tire 315/35 R20

Winter Tire 255/50 R19 - ET18 RIM

I understand, The Netherlands has near perfect roads. I'm in the UK at the moment and even in a Yaris it is crashing on the broken roads they are so bad in places.

I'm using the 20” 468M style wheels for winter (275x40x20) and the 21" 599 for summer (front: 285x35x21 and rear: 325x30x21)

Are you using run flats for both sets?

Yes, I am. I don't have a spare because of 3rd row.

I'm wondering whether to take the risk of fitting non run flat winter tyres on my spare alloys for next winter as there is much more choice and more competitive price wise.
Just worry that if I get a picture I will be lumbered with no spare
I also have third row so no space for a spare.

Same here, I have a twin of 1,5 year old. If it was just me driving, I would get rid of RFT, but since I don't want to end up on the emergency lane with two little kids, I'll be wise and accept the cons.
