OEM hitch class III 2” receiver retrofit

have been looking for hitch for my F15, wondering for those who already have oem hitch, why they can’t avoid the bad oem class II 2” receiver, which is short as many are complaining, by bolting one of these to the oem class III hitch module:

So not clear if you already have a hitch or not, but the very best option in my opinion, although expensive still is Execuhitch's Invishitch.

Their package is very well designed and includes everything; including remote coding from Code-My-Car.

Installation is simple as described by them and includes factory wiring/modules that just plug directly in.
