Need more details--
Residual Value
Money Factor
Selling Price

Seems too high.. why you putting $5000 down? where is that money going? Find out those details from the dealer.

didn't ask for residual value and money factor, I thought all dealership has same on them. they told me the selling price go down to $65,000, which is the invoice with $2000 incentives. $5,000 include first-month payment, taxes, bank fees, etc.

This is not correct. The 5000 includes a CAP Cost reduction of some kind which not a good thing for you. The selling price of $65,000 looks fine, but you need to pay just the fees, which is likely around 2200 dollars. The other 2800 is going to a CAP cost reduction which lowers the payment, but you lose that money on a lease if the car is totaled or stolen. A better option is to take the remaining money and purchase multiple security deposits which will be refunded to you in full after the lease is over. Also, what is the money factor? Make sure they are not marking that up over the buy rate.

Thanks for explaining. I don't know why he told me there is no MSD in NY.

I would mostly certainly add M Adaptive suspension and the 20" 469M wheels to that build.
