Was talking to my buddies mechanic who is familiar with the vibration that I'm having (some with BMW and other vehicles). He said that it goes back to the torque converters fluid that needs to be replaced because of heat. He said that is documented but I have never seen anything on this and was looking to see if anyone else seen this or had this issue?

torque converter fluid?? trans fluid flows through the torque converter.

Maybe inefficient flow of fluid through the torque converter, but the fluid is shared with the tranny.

Yeah I guess I didn't explain it too clear however he said that it's the heat that gets the fluid (trans.?) hot and it does something to the clutches in the transmission and that is what causes the vibration. Oh well, taking the truck in on Thursday and leaving it with them.
