I don't think getting this car in the $800's is possible. To get to $800/mo you'd have to assume a $100k car has a residual of 70+% and that you're not paying tax with a zero money factor (no finance charge) on the money borrowed. I leased a 335i coupe in 2007 that was in the $800's/mo.
I know it all depends on current residual/MF, taxes, term/mileage, and incentives, but with nothing down and the current incentives/residual/MF I'd guess they are in the $1400-1500/mo range for a 36/10 or 36/12 lease. Anyone else have a current lease deal they just closed and can share? I'd be interested in how far off I am in my estimate.

$1,199.99 / month including taxes with $1,500 down (to keep the payment below $1,200 to minimize the MSDs) and $1,000 upfront for bank fees, etc. plus the first month payment and 7 MSDs for an $117K x6m picked up at the performance center in March.

I spent days haggling with my local dealer. My MSRP was $106,695. Got that down to $98,033. Put $1500 in the deal as the first payment. Monthly payments with sales taxes are $1327 per month. Money factor was the base rate at that time. |

Anyone know what national lease rates are for 36/10k for April 2017 & do rates typically get better towards year end? Or worse? Thanks (from California btw of that makes a difference)

Since you are in CA, make sure you reach out to David Avilles at Steve Thomas. He has the best deals for M cars. I am in NY and bought two of my last cars from him. PM me for details if you need more info and see my lease payment above - I can tell you that not a single NY/NJ dealer came close and even the best leasing company in NY was about $25 / month more expensive for the same car. My car has $117K MSRP.
