PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME AND ASK TO EAT MY SECURITY DEPOSIT.
CMON BE REAL!

you will not find a less expensive X5M in the United States, I give you my word!

P.S
Someone just contacted me, hinting to eat the deposit because KBB value is less then pay off....

It's called THE BEAT LEASE DEAL, not a purchase.....

If the lease deal is food, that usually means the purchase price after is horrible, that's the idea.....

Please don't contact me with crazy offers....

Thank you guys for listening to my rant.....

I honestly think you should get a grip of your rants
This is truly a beat up lease deal
your monthly payment is just about what people are getting on new F85s
plus your allowed mileage is way lower than average
you posting is also very vague...what is the DEPOSIT for? is it an MSD that is paid back on lease end? or its trunk money that you want to recover.
There is an additional down payment? what is that?
either case more information will help you rather than ranting ...

plus thought you are selling for a friend, so why are you getting so emotional over an offer---> your goal should be to present every offer to your friend and let him decide....just saying!

Before I go and fill in your questions I wanted to ask, are you really saying that you can go out and lease an X5M at a $1082/m? Including 9% tax with 7msd and 1000 out of pocket?

I wish you good luck honestly at these rates that are going, you'll be lucky to get it under 1300/m even with min drive off.... also there is no more MSD after may 1 and the rates are horrible.

Miles, you have over 10k males in the next 12 months of driving...

I am selling the car for a buddy, but there is no magic in the world

13 payments let's say x 1083 = $14487
Sorry where did you get 22,000?

7,000 deposit is an MSD which you get back

yeah correct... I always did that before, just made sense and a really big return on investment... unfortunately in 13 days that will not be possible anymore and BMW pricing will get closer to mercedes

I know someone who leased an F85 for ~$1100, with no cap cost reduction. Stacked a bunch of rebates on an inventory car. Not easy, but not that hard, either.

That said- still a good deal.

Great looking car ... $14,487/13 months = $1,114 which is maybe $100 cheaper than other deals But catch is paying $7,000 to get a car with only 10k miles to use ... so next owner needs to buy miles plus pay BMW their bs $350 fee to hand back the lease.

I would think that dropping the $1,000 upfront and reducing the $7,000 to half would get this to move as a "deal"... because if not your $100 cheaper than most others but putting up the $7k plus miles the buyer would need to purchase ... I've got 3 cars from swapalease or leasetrader and all were because the deal was too good to pass up

Have your friend drop some numbers and the beauty will move right away -- please don't take offense as I'm simply voicing my opinion. Because if not your $100 give or take cheaper but $100 ish should make or break anyone paying $1000+ for a car lease

People are looking for deals not $100 bucks

Please no offense as it's not your car just in the end it doesn't appear to be a deal after factoring all the above in

My 2c

I'm waiting for black / red - to pop up or a few more months and we LL see a nice drop in price to purchase as the 15s will all be coming off lease

Glad he got it sold
Why u getting to 5.0 instead of the M ??? Either way your spending a lot of $$$. And just for a little more you get the M and get a bigger smile

My buddy has the 5.0i now and now that he got a taste he wants the M

Either way good luck to you !!

I went from a 5.0 to an M and then a B7 750 and now back to a 5.0.... my wife didn't like the seats and I hated the color(but was a great deal so I couldn't pass up... and after hearing my wife for 9 months about the seats, I just sold it.... plus the color combo didn't do it for me.....

And right now you won't find an x5 exact color and option for under 8 and an X5m under 1k...

That's the logic of the 50...

Funny I went from e60 m5
to a 2013 750i Sport -- got bc was a steal off Leasetrader - but in the end it didn't do it for me -- so i went with the Current x5M I have now (2011 X5M)

i'm hoping this year I'll pull trigger and either get the M6 GC or the x5M -- toss up between the 2 --- m6GC best looking car - but x5M much more practical for me

Best of luck to you though!
