Quick/Jerky Gear Changes during Acceleration

Noticed as of lately that during acceleration, I feel quick/jerky and gear changes during acceleration. The car is not sitting for long as my wife's errands never end and the car is on a full tank of gas (highest grade used only).

What could be causing this? Spark plugs need to be changed? I have 48K miles on it and came installed with the M-Performance Kit.

Thanks in advance...

I think im experiencing the same
Thing, when im really pushing the gears it feels like a slight gap or drop in pressure for a sexondthen grabs again. Im thinking spark plugs, i also notice it way more with manual shifting, also at 48k miles lol 2015 35i msport

Im thinking it's the spark plugs or transfer case. My extended warranty covers the latter but I'm going to take it to the dealer Monday AM to diagnose and confirm.

You're not too clear on your symptoms. But I'd change your plugs first.

As I accelerate, I can feel the gear changes are quick and results in small jerk motion of the car as it lunges forward. Not sure how else to describe it...

I didn't pay attention to the RPMs. But what else would it be if it's not gear changes when accelerating?
