I was checking on autotrader.com, many dealers have boat load of X5s. I think now is the time to ask for great discounts. One dealer, in particular, had 25 X5s.

I had looked into the inventory of dealership vehicles all the way to Boston and Philly but luckily found what I was looking here itself .
What dealer is this? And are they willing to do the same deal with another customer? I'm looking for a dealer who can give me a good discount, doesn't matter where since I will most probably do PCD.

Anybody has any recommended dealership/CA to work with on an order to build 2016 x35i in PA/NJ area?

So far the best I have for selling price is invoice.

Anybody has better offer?

Any information is greatly appreciated.

That is not bad. But some people were able to get $1000 below invoice.

That looks like a decent deal to me. The money factor is at cost. The Motor Vehicle fees are official fees and they are whatever they are in your state. The doc fee of $389 is ridiculous by the standards of states like California that charge only $80 but most states do not regulate the doc fee and dealers in those state charge excessive doc fees. Just ask anyone who lives in Florida. Nothing to do about the doc fee except accept it and consider it part of the selling price.

The bank fee (lease acquisition fee) is marked up by the maximum of $200 but that all ends effective August 1, 2015 because BMWFS is raising the doc fee from $795 to $925 and dealers will no longer be allowed to mark it up.

I would say it's a good deal.

2016 xDrive35i price

I ordered a 2016 xDrive35i build yesterday, $1000 deposit.

Dealer says delivery is 3-4 weeks out.

Got a lot of good info out of this thread, just wanted to add one more data point here.

MSRP: $70470
Selling Price: $65280 (invoice)
Additional discount: $1000 (Team USA Test Drive)
Total Price: $64280
State & Local Tax: $5142.40
License and fee: $169.15
Documentary Fee: $349

Total: $69940.55

This dealer was straight up from the very beginning by offering invoice price. I shopped around, but couldn't get any other dealers in the area to beat the invoice price.

I am about to order a 2016 X5 as well. I do you know it was invoice price? Did the dealer give you some document reflecting the invoice price?

The dealer offered the invoice price in the very first price inquiry email.

I validated it here:

http://www.nadaguides.com/Cars/2016/BMW/X5

This is the only website I can find invoice info regarding 2016 X5.

I think I got the deal of a lifetime. Bought mine for $60,000 from a private seller. Fully loaded with an MSRP of $87,500. No issues whatsoever nor accidents on Carfax. 23,000 miles when I purchased it. 2014 model.

Shit just ask the dealer, if they are not willing to show you then just move on. It's not rocket science and it's not top secret. Invoice on base car car is 92% of msrp base + 91% of msrp options. ?

BMW of Turnersville, I chatted on their website, then got in touch with Sales Manager Krissy Cone.

Finalized the build and price, then she assigned a CA to finish the rest.

I just got mine at $79,450 with MSRP of $87,985. After BMW incentives the final price was $78,450. About 11% off MSRP.
