Nice those look good. I like the fact it doesn't have the M badge on it. Where did you get them and how easy was it to install?

I used a gloss black wrap to hide the M. Can't even notice. Great fitment and came in less then 2 weeks. Took 5 min to install.
This looks best with xdrive badges removed. To much going on.

Thanks. I have the real thing and it annoys the hell out of me when I see people with M badges on non M cars. But we have to blame bmw for that.

I got the ones from RGSport that had the little indentation filled in. I agree it looks terrific on these vehicles.

Hey I found these today. If I didn't buy mine I would have definitely went with these. I think a lot of the guys on the forum are looking for something like this without the x5 m badge.

I'm just not feelin that vent cover. Even if I had the X5M I'd have it removed. I prefer it to be cleaner with nothing on there. But like others A+ for not adding X5M.

I got mine here:
http://www.rgsportshop.com/index.php...product_id=820

I went with no-indentation option. Looks pretty good I'd say. That way I didn't have to deal with fake X5M badges or any badges for that matter.

If you remove that xdrive badge, your car's profile will look much much more cleaner...

I'm with you on this one Kzang. Just looks like "too much" IMO. But as always, to each their own.

Not at all. Only thing that is holding the badges is 3M tape. Heat it up with a blow drier and use dental floss in a sawing motion. Since these side badges are smaller there is less of the tape holding it as well, so it was actually easier than removing the rear "X5" badge. Check out my DIY thread lol.

http://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1210030

PS. keep the emblem if you decide to sell and you want to apply it back on with 3M tape. I still have mine in a ziplock bag just in case.
