orange strip above wheel arch

Hi guys I have noticed on some of the photos you guys have put up of an orange hazard looking strip above the front wheels around the arch.

Are those custom hazard lights? I dont seem to have seen those here in AUS

Those are reflector in courtesy of US DOT (Department of Transportation).
