Any suggestions?
If you special order see if you can setup to have delivery at Thermal or if you want to take a road trip Spartanburg, SC. That way you can open up your dealer pool to the entire country.

Just locked in a M-sport 50i with DHP. MSRP $85,395. Sales price $77,354 including lease credit. Acquisition fee and doc fee excluded. I’ll still get the BMW CCA rebate too. Pretty excited to get it at 9.5% off MSRP. With my MSD rollover monthly payment including tax is about $990.

Also, the dealer was wrong on the MSD details and you are able to put more money to the MSD if you roll to a more expensive payment that requires additional security. That’s 10.2% off MSRP and it’s still before the CCA $1000 credit. With MSD, my payment should be $960.

I am beyond excited.

Picked up an 2018 for my wife last night. I don't have exact numbers in front of me, but will update later on.

MSRP $71,610
Final all in: ~$67,799 (all taxes, registration, etc)

We were going to lease, but they wouldn't drop the MF. So somehow when we talked finance, they came up with a 1% rate. Couldn't say no to that, so financed it.

Discounts included $1,500 rebate, $1,000 rebate for Harvey total loss, $1,500 fleet. Deal was invoice less rebates/incentives.

So, excited to be part of the club!

The all-in must include several thousand in taxes, right? Congratulations and enjoy. It's a nice ride.

Yeah, roughly $4k in taxes. Something like ~63k prior to taxes. 10-11ish% off MSRP.

Wow. This is great. If it's leased, can you share the BMW official RV and Money Factor?

Just curious.

7% off MSRP and fees, then plus 5% of incentives/rebates?

Or this 12% doesn't include any incentives/rebates yet?

Thank you.

I've been hoping they open up Thermal as a performance center delivery location but going to the website, its still only offered in Spartanburg. Has any news about Thermal been posted unofficially indicating performance center delivery is an option now?

I thought they had opened it up. Apparently I was mistaken. They really need to take advantage of that marketing opportunity for those on the west coast. Even if it is just once a week.

Met a couple of Instructors from Thermal in UDE today. They only talked about all the classes they have...

Forgot to ask if Thermal will host any PCD in any occasions.

If anyone plans to go UDE, you can help meet them and ask... Thanks.

Some good info here. I'll be looking to get my fiancé an X5 (prob 35) after the holidays. Has anyone ever posted the PDF for invoice prices for the vehicles/packages like they've done in the F80/F82 forums? I've searched a but here and online and have found invoice on the web for the vehicle itself but I? was looking for more detail so I? could price my own from invoice.

Also where is the best place to find monthly residuals? Is there a sticky I? missed?

I? could just be spoiled with the other forums so please correct me if this has never been readily available.

My 40e is on train from SC to VPC in CA.

What is your selling price before $7K rebates?

10% before any rebates...not bad.

I got 9% before any rebates.

In the west region, we have $5K rebates vs $6K in the east coast. I'm sure in Dec, they will match the rebates.
