Looking at '15 x5 35d m.

Going to look at a x5 next week but it is kind of a 180 from what I have been looking for forever and I am ok w/that. Always wanted a big engine and more power/speed than what I need. What really brought me to this is the '08 Jeep SRT8 that I traded my Plymouth Prowler for earlier this year, the 15/16 mpg is killing me and I don't want a gas guzzler any more. Was at first hot on the M, then the X5 501, both 15 t0 17 mpg, at 72 and retired, money doesn't go as far as it did 3 years ago and I want to enjoy my car, not be afraid to take long expensive trips or spend 20.00 to go to the next town. I am going to get a diesel, get it deleted and tuned and have enough power to make me happy and get good gas millage. Been watching a LOT of videos and am capable to do a lot of maintenance. I just hope it checks out well.
