Type B with the angled brackets. The ones I ordered came with both brackets... but yeah, supposed to be the angled brackets.

Oh well, $42 is a small price to pay! Appreciate the help, as ever. Another reason I’m sad you left the platform, haha.

Don't worry, I'll still be around. I miss the F15, but the E61, E53, and E30 have been keeping me busy. And yeah, I did similar, getting the F15 inner handles and some F10 ones for my Dad's 535d that had nasty inner handles.

I have a video and some pictures I took to get together as well regarding the drive shaft issue. Ours had very little driveshaft play at 108k. I think a replacement Febi shaft every 80-100k miles should be considered maintenance on these trucks just like 80k trans fluid changes and 100k water pumps.
