22 Offsets

I just ordered the EVO-3Rs. Vossen recommended offsets of 38 in the front and 39 in the back. That seems too conservative. One contributing factor is that my camber is within factory spec due to some bushings and control arms that I added.

I am pretty sure classic_erik is at 28 front and 30 rear. Is that correct? I also seem to recall you thinking this was about perfect but wasn't sure.

Pretty sure imtheant just ordered rims - what did you go with?

Jszlaga - do you know what offsets you will use?

SupersixM - did you ever get rims?

x6m_bxny - you're on 22 reps right? Do you know what offsets?

Any other help would be much appreciated!

I'm in the early stages. Know I want 22s, but want to figure out style first and then determine offsets from there. I've been stalking the forum and looking for what others have done. I think classic_erik used 22x10.5 + 32 and 22x11.5 + 19 if you want to connect with him. Let me know what you end up with.

Yo dude. I'm at the following offsets, which are perfect IMHO:

22x10.5+32
22x11.5+19.

My wheels are 21”, but the offsets should help you out. I love how aggressive my setup is, and once it’s dropped next month it should be nice and flush.

- 21 x 9.5” F et 20
- 21 x 11” R et 13

It all depends on if you want them really aggressive or not tbh and it all depends on the styling of the rim as well. I'm not much of a aftermarket rim guy but whenever I did invest in a set throughout my life I always went with an aggressive setup and I always kept this in mind the higher the number the more the face comes towards me but the lower the number the more it pushes towards the hub.

Some people may say this is wrong but it made sense to me so I kept following that theory.

I went back and forth on this for weeks with BC forged. I ended up with:

22x11.5 +15 REAR
22 x 10.5 +22 FRONT

I did not want to run spacers and since I am lowered pretty far on my KWs, this should give me a nice wide yet flush stance.

Please post pics when you can. Would love to see how the wheels sit on the truck.

Curious to see this as well! I am in the market for 22's as well. I like super deep concave wheels and prefer it on all 4 wheels so I've been shopping around. Also looking to see if 10.5 is the widest wheel I can fit in the front.. seems like that's the biggest we can go with 22's.

Some of those offsets seem super aggressive, but will undoubtedly look equally aggressive. I feel my 22's look flush, but don't 'poke' beyond the wheel arches. Unless you have PPF on the arches and fenders I'd be mindful of the strong possibility of rock chips. I have the majority of my car wrapped in Expel PPF and I'm glad I do with this set up.
Mine are 22x10.5 et 40 and 22x11.5 et 28
Extremely concave at those offsets, but that is wheel design dependent. I like my cars to have an 'OEM Plus' look which these achieve.

Omg!! Those are the exact wheels I was looking at! Lol I even saw the same last pic you posted on the ad I saw. I just wasn't too happy because of the offsets and not being able to see any more pics of the wheels. I like the concave on the front of yours. Looks nice! Do you have more pics??

Here are a few more. I've owned HRE, BBS, Vossen and Hamann wheels and though these are flow formed and not forged, I am very happy with the quality, fit and finish. Very good value too.

If concavity is one of your key factors here is a pic before mounting them. Very concave.

Hey man. Can you share some pics? I'm trying to order my wheels this weekend but stuck on offsets to go with. I plan on lowering with KW V3 as well so would be great to see what yours looks like with your offsets.

Hey, I realize this is an old post. Any thoughts on a 22x10.5 et 40 all around setup on same BMW?

I’m researching a square setup instead of staggered & wondering if you have any suggestions:

Niche 22x10.5 et 40 (all four square)
285/30/r22 (undecided brand tire)

Main concern is rubbing, potential suspension xDRIVE issues, etc and trying to stay within “1%” guide/rule.

Thank you!
