This was just a dealer that didnt properly take the car out of Transportation Mode before delivering the car to the customer.

Transportation mode is used when the car is being moved from the factory to the dealerships and it prevents many systems from operating.

Normally the car is supposed to be taken out of Transportation mode at its inspection before delivery to the customer.

Now everything is fine.

And you should have a lot more power. Transport mode reduces power -sort of like the valet option we should have.
