Perhaps the BMW forgot to install my AC

Yesterday I was driving in NY at 80 degrees my new baby with only two hundred miles and than i turned on my AC ..... Only hot air came out... I had other BMW'S and I know how that systems works, any body else had the same problem?

Did you move the hot/cold levers to the cold position?

Have all vents turned off except driver right vent straight to my face. Dial is on blue, 60 degrees, power 2, ac light is on. Still it's like somebody is blowing into my face ever so slightly.

Yet the noise with the blower on and off is crazy loud

Yesterday was the first day that I would have used the A/C but it was such a nice day I had the windows opened instead. I have not used my A/C since I picked up my car in March.. I wonder how mine will work out I did noticed (twice so far) that the air unit system turns off and the fan seems to kick on and after a minute or two the air unit system turns on (temperature and fan speed ).

Sometimes the ac is activated on the dealership by coding... I know some cases, here in Portugal, that they forgot to activate it...

Ok guys the problem is fixed, the dealer never code the transport mode ,for that reason the AC dont't work and many other services don't work.

Now everything is fine.
