I don't think they manufacture it, they just import it and slap their name on it. They used to call themselves Menzerna USA. Trust me when I say that when I read the announcement, I bought a bottle of Menzerna Power Lock just in case. But the formula remains unchanged I believe.

My X5 is Alpine White. After 10 months, 18,000 miles here are my observations:

- Swirls, scratches, chips, water spots are hidden.
- Bugs and dark dirt are very obvious (e.g. side mirrors, front bumper, rear)
- I have paint protection film installed and dirt collects in the corners and seams. It's impossible to clean that so all the seams are visible dark lines.
- The rear is impossible to keep clean. The squared off back means turbulent air flow. Also, the left rear exhaust emits a lot of black soot. The end result is that the tailgate and especially the left rear part of the car is always covered by a light layer of fine black particulate.
- When driving around it feels like there are a lot of white X5s on the road. I see loads of them everywhere. I don't feel special :*-(

I use Menzerna Power Lock as well. 4 years of wonderful protection. And I live in Canada, we get the most extreme weather here from 86F down to -22F in one year.

Nothing beats its value and ease of application (well maybe SONAX Polymer Net Shield)...
