There seems to be a lot of debate about whether they blow or suck. I'll try it out with a tissue tonight. But I do know that there is a noticeable difference after coding.

No debate. I have an X5 M in my garage. The ventilated suck air through the holes and exhaust it underneath. There is no AC line hooked up to the seat.

I have to assume all the coding did was increased the fan speed. Did you notice if the fan is louder? Mine is already loud enough on setting 3.

That is correct. I confirmed it with the person who coded it. Just a faster fan speed. Didn't sound much louder to me. I'll confirm with the other driver on this car though

It is blowing air.
The coding is just to set the fan to spin faster in order to meet the temperature target faster. Once it met the target temp, the fan is slowing down or the setting will change to the lower setting by itself.

I've coded my customers X5/X6, my 650GC, 7'er, and 5'er.

Some complaint with the fan noise, some don't.

Does anybody know how i can code the Welcomelightning with Bimmercode app ? There is no modul to select with this point but i thought it could be possible in Expertmode ?

I used BimmerCode to enable video in motion and video via USB, but I can't seem to find a video folder when I plug my iPhone into IDrive. Any ideas?

You must activate videocodecs too.
Then i have used a normal USB Stick with a Video MKV oder AVI and it worx fine!

I turned on blinkers in HUD with the Bimmercode app but it's not working. Anybody get it working with Bimmercode?

HUD blinkers works fine in my car .. I use BMW Software (ESYS) and not some phone app

It has to be coded in two different places in Bimmercode and it doesn't work with the M mode HUD display only the regular.

Thank you...I didn't notice the (2/2) note on the first setting I changed...that would have been a clue there was a (1/2). It's working now.

So today I took a very light piece of tissue and held it near the seat back and against the bottom as I turned the ventilation on. It definitely blew the tissue away from the seat and did not suck it against it. It sure seems that the seats blow and don't suck.

Could anybody help me..I tried to code via BimmerCode to get rid off strap alarm, now I get an error related to airbags.

I tried to solve it via backup but those are failing.

Any idea?

I've tried to code for my mirrors to fold/unfold when I lock my doors, but for some reason it's not working. Anybody else have this experience?

I have done some coding on mine. Not sure if it was doing it before but now when my fog lights are off the left fog light is illuminated. Any suggestions?

You've got to hold down the lock / unlock button for a few seconds and it will work if coded correctly
