Wastegate to EWG connection rattleTurbo waste gate rattle

Hi Guys,

I was doing an inspection thru my car for oil leaks and found a waste gate to EWG connection to be loose,circled in red. is it normal ? And also waste gate flap connector(marked in blue) seems to move in and out when I pull and push, is that normal too ?

I checked this while my car is off.

The reason for me to check the waste gate was due to the tickling noise under load at 2k rpm while driving next to curbs with windows down. Can’t hear any noise while windows up.

Later, while vehicle is parked I revd it up to 2k rpm and I was able to notice tickling noise with windows down, again nothing with windows up.

I took the picture from internet to mark the connections so you’ll know what i am referring too.
