I think it has everything to do with allocation. At one dealer they said I would enter into production right away and since it's being built in the U.S. on the East Coast somewhere, it would only take 3-5 weeks. Another dealer said due to their allocation my order would not go in for another 2 weeks. Total time would be 5-8 weeks for delivery. |

Does anyone mind PMing me their CA's contact info where they're getting invoice + $500/$1k? Even better if they're in southern California. Are these deals for 2014 or 2015?

I ordered one from Craig Holland a few weeks ago and it is in transport now. I'll shoot for the $1000/$1500 over invoice also. What event is everyone referring to? Is there some sort of coupon? Thanks! |

https://www.bmwusa.com/secured/conte...TestDrive.aspx go to that link and select No ID Code.. enter your zip and see if there are any events near by to you and in nearby dates. once you register for the event and perform the test drive, the next business day you will receive a code for $1000 off your next BMW purchase.. BMW makes people to go buy a car by holding such event, so technically you need to order after this event. But your CA might make some magic and try to apply this code.... good luck. |

Purchased 2014 35d in May. Sticker price $68,000, TrueCar estimates $1,261 estimated savings off msrp, purchased for $65,505. Purchased from Chapman BMW in Phoenix from Kenneth Smith - great guy, does a lot of sales, good email communicator, won't jerk you around. We flew into town, he picked us up, took us on a test drive and we negotiated the deal.
Glacier silver metallic, lux line, Driver assistance with plus ACC stop&Go, premium package, space-saver spare, HK sound. Very pleased so far. HOWEVER, did just have it in the shop for 2 wks for computer issue - got an amber check engine indicator. Dealer assessed, and installed updates/performed recall items. Dealer then fried the first computer and then couldn't get the new one working with other modules. BMW was reticent to send another computer adding to delay. Hopefully no one else is having this problem. |

Not sure what the latest pricing is but I have seen offers for about $4300 off msrp from some dealers here in northern NJ for the 2014 model last month. I took it to a dealer close to mine and had it matched. FYI, I didnt add too many options but I'm sure more discounts are possible as you add more options. do more searching but min $4000 off MSRP is going rate now.

Is this a good price?
MSRP = 61825 Selling Price = 59725 Money Factor = .00130 Residual = 57% $885/mo lease 10k. It's for base xline '15 with nothing but soft close doors, rear cam, surround view, harman kardon and rear shades. Keep in mind this is going against my '12 E70 Premium with a few extras at 62k MSRP 59k Sale Price, $780/mo lease price. I can't believe how much the exact same built it went up from '12 E70 to '15 F15...more than $100/mo in lease, even with exact same (similar) MSRP. Last edited by hyde; 08-31-2014 at 12:42 AM.. |

I went there few days before event and asked, they weren't really interested in sitting down and working out exact numbers because "it was too early" i had 3 month for my lease-end... What do you think I can get from them if I went now on a '15? Any incentives now? See my post above for what I got from another dealer just yesterday. |

You're telling me. That's why I'm leaning towards an F06 vs the F15. I can't justify paying so much more for the F15 when the '12 E70 I had was similarly equipped and comes out to more than $100+/mo higher than the E70 I had.

I looked at 6 series a while back, but I can't really compare X5 to 6-Series, especially the room in the back. Is 6 series still strictly 4 passenger? I guess with exception of Gran Coupe? If I was going with Sedan I would definitely go with 5 or 7 series, they also have great return on value and low residual compared to F15. |

For anyone else interested in ordering a 2015 F15:
I decided not to order an F15 but I did have a CA on the East Coast that offered me the best deal. PM me if you're interested in his contact info.

The Gran Coupe is a 5 seater on paper but the lucky middle occupant will regret sitting there. I completely agree that they're two different markets. In my situation, I think I had more than 3 people in the X5 only on a handful of occasions so I'm not too concerned about the space. I never used the trunk space on the X5. We already have a 535d and the 7 seemed too plain for me. I was intrigued by the 740d Li xDrive but I'll wait for them to sit on the lot and for dealers looking to move them.

Just took delivery on Saturday 13 Sep. MSRP for our config was $67975. Got $4300 off from the dealer and $1000 off for the Un4gettable test drive, which I did AFTER I ordered btw. So we paid $62675. The dealer kinda of "owed me" for failing to fix our E70 4 times. I don't think they are discounting X5's more than about $1500-$2000 right now.

I'm not sure what you're getting at there. I'm just saying the best price I got from this dealer was $1500 off until they caused my current X5 to qualify for a manufacturer repurchase. Then I asked to work directly with the sales manager the price was $4300 off as an apology for all the trouble.
