Unlock door remote triggers Wecome lights only at night
On my older 2011 E70 X5 the unlock door with remote would trigger the welcome lights every time I triggered it even if I hit unlock a few times in a row it would turn on the lights again till they timed out. The angel ring lights, door handle lights and interior lights would be triggered on with the press of the remote.
My new F15 2015 has remote and the welcome lighting but somehow it only turns the lights on at night. I'm not sure if this is sensor activated or if it uses the GPS system clock to determine night fall. Anyone know how welcome lighting is switched on and off? Is it something I can tweak to always be enabled with some user option? |
