Auto Folding mirrors?
Is it possible to have the mirrors on a 2016 F15 X5 automatically fold when I lock the car? I know you can long press the lock button which does this, but it also closes the sunroof blind so ideally I'd like them to fold automatically when I lock the car normally.

Yes you have to use Bimmercode to code the mirrors to fold in when you lock and unfold when you unlock. If I am not mistaken this has been covered several times, so use the search and find a step by step process to guide you on how to code it.

If you have the BimmerCode app...you don't have to search far to find it...it is one of the "easy" coding parameters...and should be listed on the "supported coding" options listed on their web page...which also gives the control module that you'd need to go into to code it.
Here's a direct link to the BimmerCodeapp.com website coding options for the f15 X5: https://www.bimmercode.app/cars/f15/ EDIT: Under the MIRRORS heading...this is what it says:

Check the sticky threads. There are a lot of codings in the cheat sheet.

Via EsysX it is basically about the time which one needs to hold remote button/touch handle to fold the mirrors. Default value is about 2 seconds, so you just simply set it to 0 and that's it...
