Instrument cluster stopped working.... Briefly

Hi guys, all of a sudden my digital instrument cluster just went off and the I lost the audio beeps in the parking sensors.

Really strange.

Turned the car off. Came back half an hour later and all is fine!

Anyone else had this?

It's so odd......

Yes! Yes!, that happened to me last week. The entire thing blacked out - however, only HUD was working. After a power cycle it started working back again.

I am pretty sure some electronics is on its last leg JUST when my warranty ran out last month.

On another note, this happened to a buddy of mine who has a F10, first he experienced this brief blackout and a month later the instrument cluster failed completely. Lucky for him it was replaced under CPO.

Same issue on another thread
