Wheel paint?

Has anyone found a good source for spray touch up of the ferric gray on wheels? I'm fairly sure the paint on the 469M wheels is ferric grey (any insight is appreciated). I had a pinhole leak thanks to aluminum porosity that I had fixed with a spot weld and now the paint is burned as a result. I may have a wheel restorer fix it but wanted to see if anyone had found a source for paint. BMW only sells paint sticks.

Try emailing/calling AutomotiveTouchup.com
They don't list Ferric grey since it's a wheel color vs body, but they can probably mix it for you. Get the code from the paint sticks (A80?) and see if they can look up the mix?
I recently ordered CB spray/clear and it was an exact match.

I assume you called them? Thanks!

Carbon Black is a std body color so I just ordered directly from the website. They state to call if the color you need isn't listed...

Got ahold of them. It was difficult to get them to do it since they couldn't get over the fact that it's being used on a wheel. But B55 Ferric Grey II should be on its way.

Nice. Surprised they made a big deal out of it.

"Sir that only shows as a body color. Like the color of the car."
"I know, I'm using it on the wheel. That's color on the painted portion."
"Okay sir, but this is a body paint."
"I know."
"It's for exterior panels."
"I understand that. My wheels are also on the outside of my car."
"So long as you know it's not for a 2015 BMW."
"Please just sell me this paint."
