2107 X5 A/C issues?
As we roll into the warmer weather here in the Southwest I am starting to have concerns about my A/C.
Even on Max, it just doesn't seem to push a ton of air. It sure does make a lot of noise though. I remember that both my E90 M3 and my F10 M5 had to go back for service for the A/C soon after I got them so maybe I am just unlucky. Lol Anyone else think that the A/C in the X5 is pretty weak?

The interior valleys of California are now climbing to over 100 F - so we know heat as well. With very limited driving in our new 2017 X5 35i, the A/C runs very quietly and is keeping the temps at the set levels. We were at 90 F and UV levels at 10+ at around 11 am this morning when I took a brief drive.
It would be rather surprising if BMW under cooled the X5 given the number of years they have under their belt with this SAV line. But, you never know..... |

Yeah, I'm am thinking that something might be wrong with my system. Here in AZ I feel all the heat coming through the windshield and even the roof (with the shade closed).
I guess it is time to make a service appointment.

Nothing is wrong with your system ... coming from an F10 to my F85, the HVAC system in the X is not what I am accustomed to after having 2 F10s! The F85 system is much weaker!
