- Resale value / transfer your License to your next BMW as well
- Being able to flash via your phone or laptop (free App)
- Being able to go to any tuner or use the provided FREE OTS Map
- Being able to fully datalog every channel as the ECU is seeing it without a data gap
- Customer Service + Support from PTF via Support Ticket is phenomenal
- As of late all World Record cars are running BM3 as flash only or BEF
- Having 0 wires running around in the engine bay, no more short-circuits, or boards going bad

proTUNING Freaks also made their name in the N54 via Cobb ProTune Maps , seeing how they've taken the S55 engine (F80 platform) to a whole other level makes me want to stay with BMW for as long as they're around. Not only to mention, the price is the most fair out of everything i've come to see.

-$595 BM3 License with a Free OTS Map included
-BM3 for Android/iOS is Free or use Chrome on your laptop/tablet via http://bootmod3.net
- $18-20 OBD2 to Enet cable is needed to Flash/Datalog, use all the features that are being updated (Code Reading, Code Clearing, etc)
- + Labor depending on your BM3 Dealer of choice that will bench flash your ECU (Unlocking for OBD2 access and reading your stock map)
Oh geez, not the hpfp again... bringing back PTSD, and I'm actually afraid of running into all those issues again with the x5.

I actually had my N54 Cobb e-tuned by PTF (Jake, back when he was with them, and Dzenno) and they were both great to work with. I'm surprised the BM3 needs to be bench flashed first?? I spoke to Cobb first since I already had the AccessPORT for my e92 but they don't have software for the f15... probably has to do with the ECU needing to be bench flashed first, huh...

Dzenno is the Lead/Master Calibrator/Developer for Bootmod3.

Yes all Fxx series needs to be bench one time for OBD2 unlock.
Thats why Cobb never came into Fxx platform too much work and Crack didn't come out till March 2015.

With the JB4 on my F15 X5 35i along with the BMS intake it has run consistent 13.1 at the 1/4 mile. The 50i is supposed to run a 12.8 according to car and driver. Given the 8k price difference in going from the 6cyl to the V8, Id say being 3 10ths of a second slower isn't bad after investing less than 1k into mine. I should be in the 12sec club once my downpipe arrives at the end of the week. Then again, throw a tune and DP's on a X5 50i and its game over haha, those things are just animals.

I hear no one talking about the JB1. I had it in my prior F30 and now in my X5 35i. Is it that bad, even compared to Racechip and MPPK? I feel it ok though.
