I actually had my N54 Cobb e-tuned by PTF (Jake, back when he was with them, and Dzenno) and they were both great to work with. I'm surprised the BM3 needs to be bench flashed first?? I spoke to Cobb first since I already had the AccessPORT for my e92 but they don't have software for the f15... probably has to do with the ECU needing to be bench flashed first, huh...

Yes all Fxx series needs to be bench one time for OBD2 unlock. Thats why Cobb never came into Fxx platform too much work and Crack didn't come out till March 2015.

With the JB4 on my F15 X5 35i along with the BMS intake it has run consistent 13.1 at the 1/4 mile. The 50i is supposed to run a 12.8 according to car and driver. Given the 8k price difference in going from the 6cyl to the V8, Id say being 3 10ths of a second slower isn't bad after investing less than 1k into mine. I should be in the 12sec club once my downpipe arrives at the end of the week. Then again, throw a tune and DP's on a X5 50i and its game over haha, those things are just animals.
