Oil breaker and spark plugs replacement

Hi guys,

I’ve f15 x5 2017, 40k

Got oil change warning, breaking fluid change, spark plugs change, micro filter change. Thinking to do it myself.

Which oil besides bmw original from say fcpeuro is good? Do I need to change breaking fluid now? Same with spark plugs. I’ve had a an error which I fixed with one spark and coil which I replaced myself due to some moisture and error in ISTA+ showed misfire and I got both replaced but do I need to replace all spark plugs? Thanks in advance.
