Any reason why the cluster trim that holds the 6wb not fitted correctly? Also, Killer steering wheel!

Everything fitted perfect, is just the picture and the steering column its all the way down (this is how I like)

Nope, you can see the "spring" in the right upper corner, looks like isn't fully snapped in.

I don't know, l didn't move it at all when I installed the wheel. Now I tried to fit it back but I can't move it, looks like this is how it was from the factory.
