Missfire in my f16?

Hey everyone, I've started getting some stuttering/jerking which only happens a couple of times a day. About 2 weeks ago one a@hole gas station attendant filled my tank with 87 gas while chatting on the phone with someone and ignoring me asking for 93.. my car has never seen anything other than Shell 93 in over 3 years of ownership. I have an MPPK and a JB+ cranked to the max and it's been pretty hot here in NJ.. Luckily I had an old unopened octane booster bottle in the trunk, which I poured in right away(also never done it before on this car). Drove the car like a grandma for a couple of days, then at 3/4 I filled up with 93 and kept driving like a grandma for another few days and at 1/2 filled up with 93 again. At that point I started driving normally. I've noticed very minor missfire pretty much right away, but it was hardly pronounced and and rare, so I didnt pay attention. Last couple days it's gotten a little worse and I worry now. There is no warning lights, but a few stores codes. Not sure what's what *
Any input is appreciated

drive it to almost empty, fill up with 93, then give it a couple more days. it should re-adapt to the correct octane and fix itself. Also, clear the codes and see if they come back.

I actually did refuel yesterday again with 93. There are no codes showing, just a bunch of history records 🤷🏻*♂️. The jolts feel almost like a bad tranny, but I think it's the plugs or injectors
