How to keep music playing until doors locked

Just acquired a 2018 X5 F15 35d. Noticed that the idrive shuts off and music stops after I stop the engine and pull the door handle. I have owned/driven many BMers since 2007 and this is the first one I have encountered that behaves this way. Even me 2018 330 doesn’t behave this way. I actually prefer that the music keeps running until I finally get out of the car and lock the door from the outside. Is there a way to change the behavior back as before? I did not find a idrive setting under doors/locks to keep idrive running when unlocked. Does this need to be coded?

Have you tried hitting the power button on the radio after you switch off ignition?. That has worked on past cars, never tried it on this one. There is an option in bimmercode to switch off Idrive when door is open but I'm not sure how well that works as I have it coded to switch off when I open the door but sometimes it keeps playing.

I have coded this in my car.

That's the best feature. Did they change something in 18 x5s. I have an f15 and f10 that both work when switched off.
