Clutch Slippage?

I have had this condition for a few years, never mentioned it to my dealer always thought that the way it's supposed to be. The best way to describe the issue (or maybe it's not an issue) is after the vehicle had been driven for a few miles and when I take off from rest, not full bore flooring, but definitely very brisk, it feels like there is some slippage (clutch) in the drive line. Kind of like it wants to grab but doesn't. I have no problems with the acceleration at all, just the weird feeling that there is slippage.
