Beautiful X5M. BMW White is not my thing, but the interior is nuts. If this were Donington or Azurite.. I would be thinking about selling both kidneys for the downpayment.

Bump up anyways

Offer an incentive. This is going to sit otherwise.

Beautiful car once again...would come to LA if I had funds and drive it back to MI in a heartbeat.
I think the disincentive here is the low mileage allowed per year if you want to simply lease it and the high residual value if you want to buy.
Not saying it's not worth it by any means, but market forces will reduce its market value to 50% of original, if not lower, by lease end.
Tough to see those beautiful cars not being sold

It's literally $300.00 extra per 1000 Miles to add miles not much at all...relatively low monthly compared to many on swapalease...Add the $1000 incentive and that adds 3000 Miles. Dependent on how much one drives. It won't be just given away though. Great vehicle well taken care of never tracked or modified and super clean. IJS

I'll end up keeping it thru the contract end if it doesn't move in the next month or so and then I'll be coping an X3M when available.

Out of curiosity, have you had any serious inquiries, either from this forum, or from the swapalease site?

Yes, both. From swap lease I had 3 showings and multiple inquiries. 1st buyer-says he has kids and was concerned about red int and the transfer from jeans to the leather that can occur. 2nd buyer-says he would like more available miles to which it's $300 per 1000 miles to add. 3rd buyer-says he would like a shorter term. It's at 24-months remaining.

Many questions and inquires have started to roll in the last few weeks.

All says it's in show room condition....upped the incentive to $1000 + paid registration through next year + brake warranty is included which is extra for M series vehicles I paid the extra cost.

Thanks for checking this out.

In 21st century, jeans should be the last thing that should prevent you from buying this... There are plenty of covers to protect from jeans!

The other two have legitimate concerns, just don't get why they would come to see it: extract more "concessions" from you, instead of asking for them ahead of time?
You don't strike me as very desperate...
Personally, I'd only be interested in buying, as leasing this vehicle and watch the mile counter is a an outright torture . I would drive it as much as possible.. That's what I am doing with my F15.!

Yeah I'm not desperate. I'll keep it if it doesn't get picked up by someone. Im offering a good incentive and it's a great vehicle.

Don't pay the initiation fee to start the process(swapping the lease). They would not do any paperwork for you as they say they would .

Ya I wouldn't actually do any paper work with them. I'd do it on my own since I've done this before. It's a simple process and takes a few weeks. Thanks again.
