Thanks dude! I'm surprised. Are rebates "locked in" by the way? If I'm approved now with the current BMW leasing terms, do the rebates stick, too? Thanks!

best to work with your sales rep bc it seems that rebates are regional right now so I dont want to say yes or no since I dont know about your specific situation. There are incentives out there though but would depend on your dealers location

seems the average is 12% but not everyone is including the year of the vehicle. are these prices on in-stock 2017 units or 2018? are there substantial savings on customer ordered vehicles too or is this for on the lot only?

Seems like a good deal. I think anything with around 10% discount is good. You should also list the MF or the payment to get complete picture.

Thanks for replying. I'm ordering the X6, so they ask me to finance to lock the rebate, rebate for cash is not lockable.

Just took delivery on a new MY2018 X5 35i
MSRP $69.8 (MW, Mocha int, Drivers Assist, Parking, 3rd row, heated everything, HK)
minus $4.5k dealer contribution
minus $3k in BMW rebates
and got about $2k above KBB value on a trade-in
final monthly lease comes out at $560/mo. for 3years @ 12k.
with zero cap reduction
only paid taxes up front (NY) + first month payment + title/reg fees

how'd i do?

You didn't say if your trade in had equity positive/negative. So Its impossible to answer. I can just guess. On MSRP of $69.8K and no cap reduction down, (just drive offs), having a payment of $560 (before taxes as you paid them upfront) means your trade in had about $4000 of equity... That is to say that you gave the dealer $4K cash down as cap reduction....
You payment on that MSRP with best MF would mean about $650 per month...if yours is about $100 less, you had to reduce the cap by $4K.

I just got a quote for a custom order 2018 X5M for 8.2% off MSRP before applying any rebates. With rebates it's 10% off.

It is not a good deal (Assuming 799 is pre tax). With that down (assume it is total drive off), you should have a payment around 650-700 (pre tax).

I picked her up last week, I'm absolutely loving the higher seating position and the comfort levels compared to the F30 are immense.
