Thinking of a 2015/2016 X5

Guys, I need your input. I have an F10, but could use the extra cargo room that the F15 would add. What options are must haves in your opinion? Just starting my research so I really need some items to start my search.

M-Sport with Adaptive Suspension at a minimum.

Since the ground clearance is soo high it's a little harder to see the curbs so surround view cameras are a good option as well.

Garage List
Easier to find fully loaded X5 50i than fully loaded 35i. Good luck!

HUD, Heated steering wheel, 20s, MSport package, comfort access, driver assistant, rear view camera (I think it wasn't standard on those years).

Depends what you want

Engine
I would start with deciding what engine you want V8 or I6? This is a major difference from the beginning (with V8 n63tu - you'll get V8 sound and power, lots of it, but worst MPG). With I6 you have choice of n55 (cheaper and more reliable) or n57 (diesel - hence best MPG)

Exterior
1. Next choice is exterior: M Sport vs everything else. M Sport is a must IF you care for appearance.
2. 20 inch rims are a must too. Please don't buy x5 with 19's - they look so small, unless you have a plan to put 21 or 22 aftermarket rims and keep 19s for winter set
3. LED headlights are preferable, they look cool and have a bit more functionality (comes in Lighting Package if I'm not mistaken)

Interior
1. Comfort seats (or aka multicontour seats) are preferable as they are most comfortable for long drives
2. M Sport steering wheel (comes with M Sport package if you got one, hence M Sport package is desirable to begin with)
3. 3rd row seating - this is purely a need based choice - you either need them or not. You can't retrofit them, so if you need them - you have to buy one that has them in the first place
4. 4 way climate control (including rear heated seats etc) - I think anyone with family can use it in cold climate

Tech
1. HUD (thing that projects dash info to windshield) - I have one and I got used to it, it's good thing to have
2. Comfort access - very convenient, I can't live without it now, I'm so used to it now (also comes with Premium Package if I'm not mistaken)
3. Driver assistant package+ (I think it's called a bit differently) that includes 360 view (including rear view of course), line control, blind spot warning and active cruise control (ACC)

Suspension
1. Get adaptive suspension - it has 4 modes and dampening of shocks is changed electronically from soft to hard - must have imho
2. DHP (Dynamic Handling Package) - this is RARE to find in used x5s, but if you can get it - it's golden! It makes 5300lbs x5 handle like a 3500lbs sedan. The DHP tech is amazing and includes active stabilizer bars, torque vectoring and so on

This is a start list, there are too many other options, I only tried to put major ones that you may regret not having - and I'm sure I still forgot one or two
