error code 44d011: Gear Ratio monitoring: Switching 4 to X implausible

Hi,
Yesterday, my BMW X5 40E 2016 (PHEV) gave an error whilst driving on e-max mode at around 40-50 MPH. The car turned into safe mode. After the car reset, it drove home. The Data Logger read the error code "44d011: Gear Ratio monitoring: Switching 4 to X implausible". I have managed to reset the code using the Bimmer link and the code do not seems to reappear. Should i be worried? or are there any course of actions i shoudl take to avoid further issues? i.e. any recommended service required.

Many thanks for your responses in advance.
Best Regards
Imran
