I was able to code the blinker count using Bimmer code app. In Bimmer code go to bdc_body, then expert mode. Find section nbr 3068, value name BLINKZYKLEN_ANZAHL_TIPP and change the werte value from 2 to 4 or 5 (for 5 or 6 Blinks). Code bdc_body.... Get ton of errors.... Use Bimmer link to clear the errors and info errors (have to do each 2/3 times to clear them all). Thats what worked for me!

Ok I attempted my first code tonight, just to make sure everything works properly. I only enabled turn signal on HUD which works like a charm. I used BimmerLink to clear temporary errors. Do I need to clear permanent errors as well?

I was able to code it using BimmerCode. My app showed values 1 through 6 in the sub menu. I selected 5 and coded and it was successful. Cleared errors, restarted and it worked like a charm. Not sure if you're seeing the 1 through 6 values on your screen?

Do you need to keep the ODB adapter connected or can one remove once unlocked all codes? |

Once it has been entered you can disconnect the module until you need/want to use it again. So if the dealer flashes the ecu upon a visit, just go through the process of coding again. Also works on multiple vehicles at the same time. Hope that helps

I also notice Bimmercode saves backups of the codes along with the date and timestamp. It may be easier to restore from backup after a dealership visit instead of recoding everything?

Anyone know the coding in bimmercode for the following
- activate front camera when driving - activate rear camera when driving I know I can change the shut off distance and speed which I like. However, is there a way to quickly activate the camera while driving?
