The OEM unit (P/N 82110417983) is prob the same so it's up to you whether you want to spend the extra $15 for BMW printed on the front. OEM unit is ~$65. Amazon has the UVS100 for ~$50.
Just bought oem one with same part number on amazon for $52 shipped. It's from a bmw dealer

And did not include F15. Maybe they didn't get around to adding it (Even after 2,5 yrs) but still. Where in BMW site did you see F15 listed for that part number? It's not important since you will get it soon and you'll be able to tell if it fits or not, but I wonder if it's typical BMW lack of update since it's not made by BMW anyway.
Like NVRfollo said, the exact item is UV11369SV ($55 Retail)
Received the shade today... and it doesn't fit even though the PN on the box (*417983) is the same one I posted above and was what the BMWUSA website lists for F15s.
I tried re-fitting it a couple times and it's just a little too wide. It will not sit flush against the glass like every other UVS100 shade I've ever had over the years.
@bradnyc, what was the PN of the shade you received from getbmwparts? Does it fit well?

This is the exact same one I purchased, from the same source. Used it today, no problems.

Hmmm, same part number as the one I received. Will have to try fitting it yet again, but this ain't rocket science right?

Once I pushed the shade to the very bottom of the windshield (very snug fit!), that provided the extra width needed for the last left and right folds to expand.
None of my previous UVS100s took this much effort, I swear. Yes, I feel stupid...
Apparently it IS rocket science and I'm not worthy.

So go forth and order, Hyde.

As much as I hate Walmart, I do like the aluminized mylar sunshades they sell...the kind with the spring wire around the edge. Good fit and easy to take down and store.
