Connected Drive stopped working
All my connected drive features have stopped working - does anyone know where the mobile SIM is? I want to try take out and reseat it before taking my car back to the shop. thanks.

Did your subscription perhaps run out? From my understanding, the SIM card is embedded in the ECU/ECM.

I had the same problem last week, I called bmw to have the service reset & it's working fine right now. Except bmw said they r having trouble with the Google map send to car function.

They seem to have this problem from time to time. If you have an issue where the in-car search is retarded and can't find an address properly and the google link is down, you can have the assist people look up the address and send it to your car. My nav had special problems with addresses on interstates. I've only been frustrated enough to have them do this once though.
