So any pre 2014 BMW X5 owners using their old winter wheels on their new X5?

Wheels from the E70 will fit, F15 has the same size, but, you need new sensors or you will get an error message.

The funny thing is that the E70 wheels have a 48mm offset, the F15 have 38mm offset, any reason?

I believe that F15 have 48mm offset for most of the wheels available. It's only the 467 M that have 38mm offset in the front and 18mm in the back (staggered).
