It also depends on what exterior color you are going with.

I prefer 375 for dark colors...

You've seen all the 599s so here's a pic of the 21" 375. No one so far with a white has them on the forums. There's a thread floating around somewhere that this pic came from. I just forget since I posted this pic in wdimagineer's performance parts thread.

to me, the 375's look too busy. the 599's with the black, the inside pieces fade a way a bit, giving the wheels some depth instead of making them busy. So, I retract my earlier comment, I vote 599's regardless of roof rail color.

This is the thread where the 375 picture was taken from: http://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=909810

I agree, they do look very busy. That's why I went with the 310M style, which is the inverted version of the 375.

http://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=941502

That's how the 599M would look taken from the link above.

Agree with you Chrisny, too much going on with the 375s, less is more with the 599s.

I think both look great. Personally I'm thinking about buying the 375 and using Plastidip to make it a solid dark gray to match my paint.

Nick, if you plastidip them, definitely do a glossifier coat after to really blend with your car's metallic paint. Here's an example of what I mean:http://986forum.com/forums/general-d...lossifier.html.

It will make the wheel look much more premium/nicer. That's also why sand99's looked so good when he used a gloss plastidip on his 19" wheels. That's just my two cents .

Yeah I'll definitely use the glossifer, my current 19's are dipped with gloss.
