Parking brake sticking issues

Hello. I have one side where the park brake cable is seizing up for the rear drum brakes and the brake sticks a bit when I start moving.

I have to leave on a trip with the vehicle and I would like to pull the fuse on the actuator to prevent further damage.

Does anyone know what fuse would be the correct one for just the actuator? Or if I pulled the fuse would it affect something else.

The cables both need to be replaced and need to be ordered is my ordeal at this time.

(Brought it in to the dealer to work on other things and asked them to look at this and was told no problem found well I found it after digging a bit)

Thank you.
