European 13 Pin Trailer Socket Wiring

Does anyone know if the X5's factory fitted 13 pin trailer socket is 'fully' wired?

My previous F25 X3 had the factory fitted electrically swiveling tow-bar with the integrated euro standard 13 pin socket though all of the auxiliary power supply pins were not wired. Specifically pins 9 & 10 the permanent and ignition controlled 12VDC supplies. I raised this as an issue with my dealer though they would not accept that it was a problem though they did offer to rectify the problem so long as I paid about £400. Needless to say I didn't bother. I hope this issue has been resolved on the F15.
