How do i open exhaust flaps for X5 50i?

Both actually. I adore the sound of the V8 I have but I always seem to want a little more. The tune well because I love having a wolf under the coating of a sheep.

Here are some of the soundclip. Should be similar, but have to figure out what is the setup. Full downpipe back or just the rear muffler.

I did that to mine, but it still not enough growl for me.

i did this on my f31 but the valve was accessible and visible. where is the valve located on the n63?

I think they are by the outlet pipes.

i will try to get a better look over the weekend. last time i looked there weren't any valves or at least not visible to me. i would love to have it gurgle full time the way it does on cold start.

I will have a muffler install this Friday.

No valves on the stock 50i. It sounds louder on a cold start because the DME bypasses the turbos for q quicker cat light off.

what is this mariani thing? it looks like stock exhaust but clearly louder.
