BMW X6 35I 2014 - LCD Reboot and volume issue

Hey Guys,

I drive a BMW X6 35I 2014 and off late I am facing an issue with the LCD screen. Each time i use it for music or nav it reboots itself automatically and goes blank and restarts. Also facing a similar issue with the volume while playing music, the volume automatically goes to mute or 0 and then after 5 seconds it starts playing low. The software is up-to-date. Not sure what the issue is.

If anyone has gone through the same, request you to please help me.

How old are the 12v batteries/battery? My iDrive began flaking out when the batteries neared their end.
