I joined this forum not too long ago thinking I would keep this purchase for many years. But unfortunately a job change and move has forced me to sell this bad boy. So up for sale is my 2014 BMW X5 M-Sport xDrive 50i. 35,292 miles (that will change slightly). Car is accident free with a clean Carfax report. Black Metallic with Black leather interior. I am the second owner. Car still retains its Manufacturing warranty. All maintenance up to the date. Through BMW, this car still has its free maintenance and fluids. This car is very nicely optioned with LED lights, heated seats, dark poplar wood, M sport package, Launch Control, Heads up Display, Parking sensors, Parking cameras 360 degrees, Panoramic roof with an enormous roof opening, Customizable ambient LED interior lighting, Parking assist, Lane departure, Blind spot assist, etc... A/C blast ice cold. Steering wheels vibrates as it should when leaving your lane. Executive Package. Auto soft close doors. Blacked out exterior features. Car comes with all the books and manuals. It has so much power its ridiculous. The sport and Sport + mode combined with the ZF 8HP75 transmission makes for an incredibly amazing drive. The tires are NOT the run flats that come standard on all BMW's now. The tires are in very good condition with Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 on all 4 rims (which are 10 times better than run flats). The rims are in excellent shape. Suspension is great and very smooth. This is just an excellent condition car with low miles and nice options. Zero squeaks or wear or tear anywhere on the car. Everything functions as it should. And best of all its incredibly fast and so much fun to drive. Please contact me with any questions, additional picture requests, or to set up an appointment to view the car.

Pictures to come soon. Need to resize them. For now, If you are interested message me and I will send a dropbox link with pictures.

Price drop to $58,500. I am open to offers or any feedback. Also is everyone able to see the pictures? Paint is in excellent shape. No road rash up front or stone chips. All moldings are in excellent shape. Everything functions as it should. Just a perfect driving car.

You're still about $7,000-$8,000 high.

Have you had it detailed recently? Your fifth photo shows some pretty severe swirling.

Wow, wet sanded? Paint must have been in REALLY bad shape. Who was the detailer who did the work?

Brian Hare at DetailWerks in Dallas. There was nothing wrong with the paint, just light swirl marks. I encourage anyone that is a serious buyer to come out and take a look. Paint is 100% all original and without rock chips or any damage or scratches. Paint is really nice on this truck.

You started out the listing a few dollars short of $60,000 when in all actuality on a trade in you are at $40,000 and a real market price being a private seller your in the mid $40's. So you are taking partial feedback from those in the know here and have it listed at $50k. So you are still $5k too high and six months from now when it doesn't sell you will lower it to $45k and it's trade in value will then be $35k and it's private seller value will be $40k. If six months ago you had listed it correctly it would have been gone. New vehicles get destroyed in the first three or four years for good reason. You are enjoying it as it is supposed to be. No one else has farted in the seats and you get the free oil changes, brake checks and if there are any issues bmw fixed it for free and gives you a like vehicle to drive around in while waiting for it to be fixed. The next buyer certainly will get a warranty but only for a short period of time. Don't take this the wrong way but I guess I'm just trying to figure out why you listed it here on Bimmerpost with no other interactions with other threads and started out the listing about $12k more than it was worth? I'll be happy to delete this at the end of the day or after you respond as I don't want to blow up your listing, but you already have in my eyes.
Private sale value of $40k for 2014 X5 50i M-Sport? That is ridiculously low, the 35i M-Sports are averaging around $45k at the moment.

Oops. I misread the ZF write up on the new 8 speed gearbox. Description has been edited. Sorry about that. Regardless its a very good gearbox and shifts very fast!

Thanks everyone for the comments. This is a lot of HP and truck for $50,000.
