Regarding the launch control that video was posted from a member in the fourm Hope it helps

Anyone else find it too easy to hit the rev limiter in this car (1st and 2nd gear) when using manual mode? Once full boost hits the tach climbs so fast that you have to be staring at it to time it perfectly or you run into the limiter...

Best time at track was 11.54 @ 121MPH, that was DSC off, shift max, in drive, holding brake and gas to build some boost for launch. This is JB4 map 2, 22lbs boost and catless downpipes. Using launch control was slower by almost 2 tenths, seems like it shifts out of first gear too fast. Want to return with 110octane @ 27lbs and some Dunlop Sport Maxx Race rears. Hoping for a few tenths faster.

On a regular street, I lost 2 tenths of a second and more when I didn't use launch control!! RC E setup

Ive talked to a couple people with them and they run better times at the track without using launch mode. How are you measuring your 1/4 mile on the street? Cant be as accurate as the timer at the drag strip.

I got better times at the 1/4 mile track without using launch control. The X5M with Dinan Stage 1 has too much torque, and the rear wheels spin using LC.

I honestly never mesured my 1/4 mile. I am using http://racing.qstarz.com/Products/LT-6000S.html to measure my 0-60
