selling price: 69,701

seems really high. i currentlyl pay $690/month for a $64K 435i. Does the X6 really lease that much worse?

Garage List
2024 BMW X7 M60  [10.00]
I'd have to see the details, but that looks like a pretty bad lease deal.

I just got a '17 X5 5.0 with an $84k MSRP for about the same monthly price (with no down payment other than fees).

There really aren't any incentives this month, so that would effect the monthly lease rate.

In terms of sales price, you're ~$1k over invoice. So, there is room there.

You haven't provided the MF that they are using. The base MF for Jan is .00134 and can be marked up to .00174.

You can reduce the MF using Multiple Security Deposits (MSDs), up to 7 of them, which will reduce your MF by .00049.

If you're not under time pressure, I'd wait to see if BMW introduces any incentives in Feb or March.

Any thoughts on what might be available from BMW FS in Feb/March, like lower APR?
