Are these factory wheels? It also looks like it has the wrong size tires.

Black wheels seem to always give the appearance of being small. Especially on SUVs.

looks like a 22" wheel replica of a 20" bmw wheel with 30 or 35 profile. dont think stock wheel/tire would have so little sidewall

Where does it state the sizes of the tires? Those look like OEM 21s to me with 285 and 325s.

just to clarify, they appear to be OEM Style 215s which are 21 inch wheels. Who knows if those are reps. But OEM 21s have recommended tires sizes.
