I am from Atlanta GA and currently looking to lease a BMW X Drive 35I 2014. With all my desired configuration the MSRP is around 61K. The Best deal i am getting from Dealer here is 3k off MSRP which includes the $500 BME Drive credit. Do anyone have any luck in Atlanta getting better deal?

^^^

Tell him you want:

1. 1k TOTAL over Invoice (.92 times the base price and .91 times the options..then add in destination and training fees)
2. Base Acquisition Fee
3. BUY RATE on Money Factor
4. NO DEALER or DOC FEEs over $100
5. Do maximum MSDs

This is GUARANTEED to lower your payments significantly

Shain, that quote is downright disrespectful.

Are you a repeat customer of his/her? I would be upfront and tell them that you are serious buyer and should be treated as such.

I was quoted around $775 mo with similar circumstances and MSDs, 7 total. I would go somewhere else.

if you are in NY and dont care about MSD.

WW BMW have status 112 for next week.

Talk to Brian Sorce GSM over there. I got invoice price for my build but not going with it due to not able to do MSD. You should also just do drive off, no down payment.

Just be aware, they won't give you any pricing in written. only on the phone. So I have no idea if they are geniune in their words or not. They want $2000 deposit - Refundable in order to give you purchase order pdf in the email..WTF.

I have decided not to go with them for these reasons and not able to do MSD.

Even without multiple mds's it shouldn't be that high. Mid 8's max with that msrp.

His email is bsorce@newcountry.com
Looks like from his quote sheet that he is actually just doing drive off?

This is BS quote.

Call Brian at 845-425-2600 x359. Get invoice prices from carprices.com or other sites. He will match that and your car will go in production this or early next week. He has status 112 open slot. Do it quick man

if you are in NYC, you can't do MSD anyways. so don't worry about that for now.

I meant in NY state, you can't do MSD.

It has to be from NJ dealer if you want to do MSD on lease to lower your monthly payment.

If the customer is making MSD, BMW Financial Services (BMWFS) reduces the Money Factor by 0.00007 per security deposit, up to a maximum of 0.00049. This is probably one of the best risk free investment one can make, as it returns around 8-9% per year on the total amount of the security deposit.

You are able to reduce the MF down to .00081 with a maximum of 7 MSD's (multiple security deposits).

Thanks for the input abhiku. I have also raised those two points with the dealer also i couldn't understand what is $925 dollar charge as taxable fee. I believe $925 dollar destination fee is already added to the MSRP $61800 i gave it to dealer. Did any one of you have also seen this charge for your lease deals. I have asked the questions to dealer, waiting for their reply.

I confirmed with dealer. $925 is the acquisition fee, is it normal? Also $599 doc fee for dealer seems pretty high to me, anyone in GA also paid those fees?

Read the tips. So just a question. If you do all 7 MSD's to max out and you drive off the lot and a week later the car is totalled are you out all the MSD's you just paid?
